Return + Exchange Policy Details:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Item should be unworn or unused and in its original heat sealed packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note:
International Customers: Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges on international orders, but we do accept returns.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective. If there is any other issue with your order or item, please contact us at MAHNIIJI@gmail.com
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Custom products, specialized orders, or personalized items cannot be returned. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sales / Promotions Price Adjustment: We’re unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotion, sales, or discounts. Promotions or discounts can’t be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated nor after the promotion has finished. Refunds will not be offered on sales items. We are very conscious and deliberate about communicating details about upcoming sales and promotions, so the best way to make sure you know what is coming is by joining our email / SMS list and following us on IG with alerts turned on.
Third Party Retailers: We’re unable to process returns, exchanges, or price adjustments for merchandise purchased from third party retailers that sell MAHNIIJI jewelry. Please consult the retailer directly to learn about their policies.
Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
